TEAM Talker (dsm-firmenich)

The TEAM Talker Program is 7-hour training conducted either, as two 3.5-hour sessions or 1 full day to face to face in multiple timezones*, which will certify you as a Mental Fitness Champion. Participants are introduced to current leading practice on mental health and illness and the interrelationship with work. Utilizing the Mental Fitness Continuum, the workshop helps participants establish a simple conversation plan to assist someone who might be struggling with their mental health at work.
