Delivered by HSE Global's Senior Psychologist, Emma Boucher, the Mentally Fit Workplaces Masterclass is designed to help Leaders build skills in creating a psychologically safe and healthy workplace. The Mental Fitness continuum provides a simple framework to understand mental health from an individual, team and organisational framework. Practical application of strategies across the continuum will cover the 4 pillars of promotion, prevention, intervention, and support. Best practice framework for the development of a long term strategic plan will be discussed.
